The only way to get it is to know someone in his crew or a director or a producer he is working with or he wants to hangout with you he would e-mail or call you if you gave him your phone number. Other than that it won't be serious especially on Yahoo Answers I'm pretty sure you would have a higher chance of finding it on Twitter. But Justin Bieber did give his phone number to a fan before and she posted it all over Twitter so he doesn't really trust giving his number out to random people and all the people that work with him and that personally know him know better not to give his phone number out. Justin Bieber posted Wilson Warrens phone number and (a guy that schedules Justin Bieber's schedule) he got spammed in less than 2 minutes with millions of calls, voice mails, and text messages and he wasn't even Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber did that as a birthday prank to Wilson Warren and he didn't know it would be that crazy so Justin just told his fans to stop calling him and sending him text messages. And then Wilson Warren had to change his number. I'm pretty sure his 40 million fans would break Justin Bieber's phone by spamming it so much.
