There's many other ways how you can contact him. You could send him fan mail, if you want Justin Bieber to come to your birthday party you would have to book him through an agency that represents him such as The Mirza Agency you can contact them on their website www.mirzaagency.com or their lead agent email is faraz@mirzaagency.com, you can meet Justin Bieber at a meet and greet C.D signing you can end up meeting him at an award show etc. There are many ways but if you do want to try to meet him during a meet and greet I will explain this to you. Justin Bieber doesn't plan on touring in America, Canada, Europe and in the United Kingdom until he is done with his tour in South America which started on September 30, 2011. Justin Bieber doesn't really seem to visit small states like Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Missiouri, Ohio, Utah, Idaho, Arizona etc unless he is on tour. He has 2 albums coming out very soon "Believe" is coming out on November 15, 2011 and his Christmas album 'Under The Mistletoe' and will be released in stores on November 1, 2011. He is having a America, Canada, Europe and United Kingdom tour in December-January, so he doesn't plan on touring in America, Canada, Europe and United Kingdom until 2012. But, is doing a South American tour which started on September 30, 2011 and the tour dates are already released for that. He most likely will be touring with his Christmas 'Under The Mistletoe' album and his 'Believe' album once that they get released I'm sure he will sing a few songs from his 'My World' and 'My World 2.0' albums until his 2 new albums come out. So he might come to your town for a book signing or anything but keep your eye open cause he could show up whenever. You should choose fans from the back so that you will be able to stand next to Justin while taking the picture with him and talk to him before the other fans get to him first. No matter how scared you are you should walk in first or you won't be able to stand next to him nor talk to him unless you have the guts and ask the fans if you could stand next to Justin but might be mean.. I'm just saying because no one told me this when I went to meet him (I'm just giving you a little warning lol) and you can give Justin a gift if you want, you should hand it to Justin Bieber's bodyguard Kenny Hamilton but they will ask if you have a gift to give to Jsutin and they will take it, your not supposed to give it to Justin for safety reasons he might hold it if its a note or something small.
