Hi guys, im 14 and this is a hypothetical situation but lets say i had rebecca black, justin bieber etcetras phone number, what would happen if i prank calle them an put it on youtube. Could i be fined/ arrested? Like if i callex rb and asked her about the days of the week, and never called again. Just wondering. Thanks.Prank calling a celebrity ?

what celebrity would you be calling.. i do not see you listing any examples of any celebrities...
you could get the same problems as harassing any other person... as well as the legal issues of recording a telephone call with out the consent of the other person on the call (laws vary from state to state on if you need their permission or not)Prank calling a celebrity ?
You could even be arrested for prank calling. I got in huge trouble when I prank called people. I highly doubt you have their real numbers no one has them.
I think a better question is why you would want to waste your time doing that...
