How do i get malicious people from putting a phone number down on the internet as a celebrity's phone number?

i am just so fed up with little kids. i have been getting calls at all hours of the night because someone decided to put down my phone number as, believe it or not, justin bieber's number. i have been getting calls from little girls at all hours of the night and they are so snotty! i need it off but when i report it, awesome yahoo does nothing. i do not want to change my number but i may have to if this does not stop. help?How do i get malicious people from putting a phone number down on the internet as a celebrity's phone number?
If you can take your phone off the hook at night when you go to bed.



Then call your phone carrier and ask for your number to be changed. You have to have a "Good" reason these days because a lot of people want their number change because of credit card and bill collector.



Can you go to the website and contact them? That would work too.

I moved one time and got a new number and it was the local Pizza Delivery number.
