You need the email address and phone number of your school board, kid.
If an interview with a celeb was a necessary part of your course, you would have been given ample notice to send an e-mail to the agent. However celebs don't usually give interviews to school and college kids so I don't believe you are sincere.
There are plenty of fan-based websites however where you can do some research for your project, you don't need and will almost certainly not get an interview.
